Helps you express / defend you own opinions and stops you from letting others take advantage of your good nature.

Helps you to listen to yourself, and not other opinions first.  Helps you to follow your own inner wisdom

CHERRY PLUM

 

Helps when you think you are loosing your sanity and have a fear of breakdown and even suicide.  This helps you think and act rationally and gives you inner balance

CHESTNUT BUD

 

This helps you to absorb the lessons you learn from life so that you don’t make the same mistakes over and over again.

CHICORY

 

Helps you to feel fulfilled and self assured when you are selfish, possessive, critical, interfering and nagging.

CLEMATIS

 

Helps you with interest in life when you have trouble concentrating and a problem with daydreaming

CRAB APPLE

 

This is a cleansing essence.  This helps when you have a bad opinion of yourself, and feel that you are dirty.  This also helps when you have a distorted view of yourself in the mirror and are unrealistically critical

ELM

 

This helps you to think rationally at times when you believe you are in over your head with anything in life.  It gives you back the feeling of control again

GENTIAN

 

This helps you to believe that you are able to cope with whatever comes your way at a time that you feel depressed and discouraged

GORSE

 

Gives you hope and a sense of faith when you have been saddles with a situations that brings you despair and hopelessness

HEATHER

 

This helps you to empathise with others at a time when you are too preoccupied with yourself and push it on others

HOLLY

 

Helps you feel inner harmony, compassion and love for others when you are overcome with envy, jealousy, suspicion, and hatred

Helps you get over the things that have happened in the past and move on into the future.  It also helps you accept the natural ageing process.
